Some projects have a special soul. The one with Auberge Saint-Gabriel is one of them.

We envisioned a series of timeless videos to reveal all the facets of this exceptional establishment, not through a simple visual inventory, but through what truly defines it: attention to detail.

To embody this signature, we chose close-ups. Eyes. The eyes of the people who work there, who pass through, who experience it for the duration of a meal or an evening. A gaze focused on every detail, like an invitation to see the place in a new light.

The result: videos that tell as much as they show.
